Why did you decide to just move money around in my bank account? Please I want my money back as you didn't contact me for approval or consent or notice given. I'm taking this to the ombudsman if you can't help me. Here's the message Capitec: Your savings account had a negative balance. We app**** set-off, which means R290.80 was debited to account 156147** and R290.80 credited to account ****** to recover the negative balance. Info *** What if that account had unauthorized debited orders???

29 Jul 2020, 16:08A bunch of useless people that work for this company. A company with business acumen would've contacted the client and explained the terms of service and not just go willy-nilly into someone's account and take money from it without proper explanation.
