Hi Peter owen again wit the *****line case after 6 months I got no joy nomfefe wulana had me running around where as they had to contact FNB she made it my responsibility and now she tells me there is no funds I'm gna exployet them for who they r,they stopped his acc after 9am when I had it at 8h45am even their George branch told me they don't want to take responsibility for their mistake she says they cant pick up the email that FNB send them now is it possible that I got R12 000 in the first place that they cant pick it up now and u close the case without contacting the client even when FNB contacted her she ask for the details again and afterwards a few day ltr u tell FNB it's a close case that I had to hear it from FNB not even capitec I'm really disappointed and would not recommend ppl to them
