***** WITH NOW FEEDBACK AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
VERY BAD SERVICE FROM CAPITEC , REPORTED A ***** CASE ON 20.01.201 SEND ALL THE PAPER WORK TO THEM, PHONED EVERY DAY SINCE I REPORTED THE CASE AND EVERY DAY I GET A DIFFRENT ANSWER. FIRTS I WILL GET FEEDBACK ON THE 22.01.2021 PHONED AGAIN ON THE 25.01.2021 SAID I WILL GET FEEDBACK ON THE 25.01.2021 THEN PHONED AGAIN ON THE 26.01.2021 NEED TO GO INTO THE BRACH TO GET FEEDBACK PHONED AGAIN ON THE 27.01.2021 NOW I WILL ONLY GET FEEDBACK ON 14 WORKING DAYS.
