***** transactions and no answer yet

I am very unhappy with fruad transactions that happened on my account.

On 13 November 02:08 i received an sms saying someone swiped my card for R134 at tupperware. That same morning i phoned the bank they said it happened on the 9th of november. I went into the bank and they just let me change my pin ,cant give more details on the transaction.

I phoned tupperware to investigate and last card swipe was in april 2021 and not for the amount that was deducted.

So fast forward 18th November 01:53 another swipe goes through R134.10 which leaves my bank in a negative . So i went to capitec, they changed my card and i had to pay R70 for a new card. But still no reason or answer as to ehat has happened or how.

It might not seem much but that was my bread and milk money that just went missing with no explanation, from 13th up till 22nd i had received no updates or anything from them

Will i ever get my money back?

Someone did phone me and say they will look into it but i must remember that a dispute fee of R80 will be charged if they win and get the money reversed.
So how is that fair ? The transactions is not my fault or something i did, but yet i had to pay R70 for a new card. AND NOW ANOTHER R80 for the dispute????
So R134 was deducted and R134.10=R268 Gone..
So when i do get that back which is MY hard earned money i have to deduct R70 and then R80 which lwavea me with R118 ??
Capitec bank is ridiculous

***** can happen but they dont care... just want to deduct more and more money.
