***** transaction

Hi can you help...I have got a problem with the bank Capitec...On 27th May 2019 I was ****** by African ***s,they grabbed me and take my bag inside that bag there was my ID,bank cards and money....After that I went to the polistation to do an Affidavit and open a Case.Then I started by going to FNB because I had the very same problem I have lost another money there...After that I went to Capitec to report and apply for a new cards..And then they said they will call me after seven days ...After that seven days they called me and say they can't refund me because reported later and the money was withdrawn with my cards...Bt these people didn't even asked for a proof like an Affidavit from polistation....I am not happy with the bank these theft tried 4 to 5 times trying to withdraw the money bt they didn't block the card...Now they put a blame against me...
