***** **** consultants work with syndicates
On the 8th my mother was taken from Rustenburg to Pretoria by people she does t know. They made her increase her limit and withdrew all her money.. Now this f****n bank says they won't help my mom. The teller changed her bank cards 4 times and increased her limit. And the branch Manger **** to the police about what happened that day. I want Capitec to pay for what had happened. I want to take them to court and answer. They work with syndicates and they still keep their staff. They are *******.... How can I go about to deal with this ****en bank.

22 Sept 2021, 16:23Capitec called mom and told her that they won't assist her... So ur staff members help ***** and that's that. Mom lost her money... Why don't u look at the facts.... She wouldn't leave bank in Rustenburg and go to Pretoria to draw out money.... That's *****.... Her limit was always 3000 and on that day it was increased. And the f****m consultant changed her bank cards 4 times. His name is Neo is Pretoria branch. He's still working and Capitec as a nerve to tell my Mom that they wo t help..... I wo t in a financial institution and I will see that Capitec pays My Mother. I will take this to media and it won't be nice.......
