***** no funds were paid

In June 2020 R 100 000.00 was ****** from my Account by a close friend of mine at that time. That R 100 000.00 was transfer from my Capitec account to FNB and than to Capitec. I opened a case of ***** CN 207/06/20202 against person. To date i have only received around R 68 000.00 and must still waiting for R 32 000.00 from my bank but no one has answer for me instead they just making excuses.
