***** in capitec bank

The worst help in the world. There was ***** on my account and capitec did nothing nothing to help me to get my money back. The ***** was from inside capitec as the person had all all my info not just mu ID and telephone number but my debit order info the account numbers and also my personal info. They had everything My money was ****** out my account and as i walked into the capitec branch to report to money was withdrawn from my account 10 000 at a time. I made an case at the SAPS and also a affidavit that i had to attach to my case at capitec. Ref number ***2. Capitec just informed me that they cant do anything for me. Pleaee people dont join capitec bank there is no help from them with the ***** is done from inside there bank

Today is the 21st of April and up to now I am not one step closer to any answer or agreement with Capitec. I cannot believe that even now, after Capitec starting “investigating” when i try to access my banking app, and my bank account it still shows an error message saying my app is connected to the device of the person eho stole my money. Capitec is therefore doing NOTHING to protect their customers. Surely Capitec could trace the money trail, surely they could take hands with Nedbank to expose the *********. I cannot help to think that Capitec is protecting someone in the bank as this could only be an inside job with the ******** knowing everything of my banking history OR Capitec should not be trusted as their security is then not to standard and the customers money not safe. I demand an immediate answer as this is totally unacceptable
