***** in Capitec Bank

I did A notification for my salary this month when I went to work they said they already paid me , I went straight to Capitec in Howick when I printed the bank statement I saw salary but I didn’t receive notification, I went to the branch because there was R0.00 balance it show my salary it came and someone inside the bank took it , I open a case , at Capitec they said they want a case number they will contact me after 14 days today they said they can’t help , but my salary it Capitec bank took all my salary, May you please help with this nonsense happening in Capitec bank I want my salary.
