<p>AFTER ONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT VIA ***** CAPITEC FAILED TO HELP ME WITH THE DETAILS OF THE PEOPLE WHO SUED MY ACCOUNT SO TO FURTHER HELP MY INVESTIGATION WITH THE POLICE. CASE NO. 549 WAS OPENED AT MAMELODI EAST POLICE STATION AND CAPITEC IS VERY RELUCTANT TO HELP ME AND REFUND Y MONEY. THE SERVICE WAS INNEFFICIENT AS I COULD SEE THAT THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE PROCTECTING EACH OTHER. CONSULTANT AT CAPITEC IS SAYING THAT I CONSPIRED WITH A FAMILY MEMEBER OR A FRIEND WHICH HEARTBREAKING.</p>
