Capitec Bank at Bayside mall Cape Town is a very horrible branch. Poor customer service. Few days back I was depositing R1400 for someone and it happened that Loadshedding occurred while depositing and the screen just showed blank and when I went into the branch they told me they will investigate as they can not see any deposited amount. The following day they told me they only see R200 and that they will investigate. I went home and they called me the following day telling me they see another R200 and that’s all they can see. I asked for the manager and he couldn’t help me. This is ***** and ridiculous.I am so disappointed in Capitec
