*****

My fiance moved to me on the 15t of May this year and he went to withdraw money at an atm without realizing that someone tampered with the machine and the atm took his card after he several times entered his pin. The person that took his card nof only had his card but also his pin and did transactions within 4 minutes and ****** R9000 from his account. We reported the incident immediately at the bank as well as at the police but with no luck and I decided to open a case with the Ombudsman. They came back to us only now to give some safety advice and to lower your limit as well as how to look after you card, but with the bad news that they will not be held liable to his loss. What can we do next because those transactions took place within 4min at 3 different companies not even close to each other?
