Money was transferred from my account whilst I was sleeping, Capitec did an investigation and came back saying that unfortunately they cannot give my money back because the money was transferred into a Luno account and turned into bitcoins so there is no funds to return back to me. Like what the Hell, their security is ****. if they cant protect our money they might as well close. I've been banking with them for the past 10 years and i never used online banking, suddenly an amount of R6070 was transferred from my account 3am.
