Hi I made a personal loan with Capitec Bank with the intention of buying a house, they granted me the money,I went to make the payment only to find out that the owner of the house passed away long time and the person was pretending to be the owner using the deceased documents. I went to Capitec Bank they told me that the money was put on hold since it's a huge transaction. They said I must open a case and bring the case number and the affidavit I did that. Then they said they will investigate and it will take 2 weeks after 2 weeks I called they said the investigation is closed but they didn't tell me the outcome, I went to the bank again they said they will call me in 2 days but 2 days passed and still nothing.
