My name is Angel ,and i have been with capitec bank for more that 7 years, in the month of September my whole salary got transferred out of my account to external banks and i did as Capitec requested ,i got a avvidavit and opened a case against the particular individual if it is an individual and not a higher franchise that did this and they told me that the accounts where the money was transferred has been frozen and they would return my money to me within 14 working days as the accounts have been frozen, But now we are in the month of November and they refused to assist me with a personal loan as i am over committed according to them and my credit score is low, but that's because i could not pay my debit orders due to ***** being done on my account ,the least they can do is return my funds or provide me with a personal loan which i will be paying off , but no instead my credit record is getting more damaged because of Capitecs' low security on its clients access to their money ,i am sad to say that i am knee deep in debt with loan sharks to stay afloat because up until today(2021/11/05) my money has not been returned to me ,i have therefore decided to change banks to a more secure bank that has been in the industry longer than Capitec bank because they clearly do not care about their clients hard earned income that just gets transferred via their app .i will also be taking Legal action against Capitec Bank.
