On Wednesday 26 February 2020 at around 8pm I received an sms saying that theres a purchase that was done from my bank card of R740something. I called the call center after receiving the sms to tell then I did not do any of that transaction I was at home that time. Following morning I went to the branch in keilsriver to report the matter the assistant did a replacement card and I asked him if this thing won't take my money and he promised it won't. This morning at 2am I received an sms again that 760something was tranferd to this refrance which I don't know. I went to the bank again this morning they telling me that i need to wait for 30days for the investigation. And there is a possibility that I might not get my money back yet I will pay the bank R60 or 150.

I wasn't my money back why should I pay them for what I did not give outhority for
