***** case opened no feedback
I have since opened a ***** case with capitec bank months ago, I have never received feedback. The consultants when I follow up sound clueless of what steps I should follow as a victim. Clearly from my point of view I am not valued as a customer and my money clearly is not safe. I will be closing all of my accounts and move to a bank that will value me
