I write a a review about Capitec Bank a month ago, one their consultant called me just to let me know that they will find out what happened to the ***** case I opened and they will call me back to let me know till now I'm still waiting for them to call me, I mean what is that is taking to long to solve a problem that I reported in 8 July 2021 or are going to help me or not maybe you want me to forget about the the case and move on or Capitec is part of the ****.

I've been patient enough with you guys please can you set record are you going to solve this problem or not.?
