I Andreas Chaong Mokoena ID No :*** hereby confirm that on the 02 March 2022 money was transferred ******** to people that I do not know of from my capitec savings Account the amount of R23920.33 and Credit Card amount of R18770.50 The Total Amount from both Accounts was R42690.83, Savings Acc. No:*** Credit Card Acc No: *** . When I call their call centre they said they no know the person who took my money they will investigate and they gave the reference No : ***0 and on the 11th March 2022 the amount of R18830.72 was returned into my savings Account and when I call them again they said that is the only money they got and i never heared from the again hence I come to you for Help . Case Was Opened at Ramokonupi SAPS Katlehong Case No: 99/03/2022 ,
