A week ago my account was ****med and completely wiped out at a Shell Petrol Station... in NORTH CAROLINA, USA!!

While this might seem like the most obvious ***** case in the entire world, I’ve still spent the past seven days on the phone with Capitec employees who have minimal guidance to offer, all I’ve received is one update from my branch... to let me know that they haven’t received any updates yet. Best of all, I had to pay for a replacement card with the pittance left in my account. Beyond savage. ? It’s been a week!
