***** Capitec Bank.

Apparently Capitec got a court order from the maintenance court for my ex wife maintenance which is only due at the end of this month according to my court agreement, Capitec deducted R18200 out of my account and put R9100 on hold which should never have been done, my attorney approached the maintenance court and instructed me to contact Capitec and get them to release the money back into my account. I phoned CCS Legal and was put on hold for more than 15 min before I cut the call, I have been into the bank twice already with no luck. I suspect ***** is going on in this bank as I was not contacted by the bank at all to tell me that they had recieved the document from the maintenance court, I have even tried to get them to send me a copy to the branch itself aswell as to my email but they refuse to do so. If I am not contacted by the CCS today I will be laying a charge of ***** againf Capitec. I will also post this all over every social media site. I will also be taking legal action against Capitec. I am a client I have every right to know if money is going to be taken out of my account.
