<div>I have been a Capitec client for a long time.. On the 1.4.2021 my small monthly salary wss moved out of my bank account.. I was at the mall and went into the bank and immediately reported it.. While at the bank the forensic unit from Capitec phoned me and I advised her that I did not transfer or approved such pmnt.. She immediately confirmed that the money was moved to African bank and she was sending a email to them to freeze the acct... I had to go to the police station for a affidavit and a case number and back to the bank.. R13850... I am a widow with only tbis temporary position with this only income.. Going backwards and forwards.. Calls in and out to the bank... As it was long weekend... I was told that they would be able to assist me on Tuesday only... Only to phone me and tell me that my money is gone... Only R33. 20left in the account and not one of these banks will take liability. How can I or must I survive.. I have rent to pay. Also a human being that has responsibilities and I have to survive... How can you trust a bank for keeping your money safe if it gets ****** like sipping a sip of water.... I am so disgusted with the manner this was dealt with and feel that either Capitec or African bank is to take liability for their staffs ******** actions.... I am desperate... How am i going to fend financially for myself till the last day of April... How?...I will not be able for them *****ing my only income... Capitec bank needs to made aware... I will not leave it at this... I want my money... Cheap banking as they advertise... Now the public needs to know my... Because they steel from their clients.... And just no remorse......&nbsp;</div>
