On the 1st of February I called Capitec Bank reporting ***** and I talked to a lady for about 14 minutes and answered all the questions she ask and she said she will email my case to the forensic and the will call me after 30 days. On 16th of March I called for follow up and they said there is no record on thier system that I called. I also gave her case number. I need help
