***** AT CAPITEC BANK

I am absolutely disgusted by the way Alisha Meyer, a client of Capitec Bank , Glen Marais , Kempton Park, a single mother of 2 small children , has been treated by Capitec Bank At the end of November 2019, she had R10,500.00 taken out of her account **********ly , without her knowledge She reported it immediately to Capitec and was told to get an affidavit which she duly did. she was told that it would take 7 working days to be sorted. She has been contacting the bank every second day since then and went in person into the bank on 27 November 2019 only to be told that now she now has to get a court order. She is destitute and has no clue how to go about this and with NO help from Capitec!!! This lady is penniless, does not get maintenance for her children and could not pay her rent or buy food. She is in such a nervous state and doesn't know which way to turn. she was told by the clerk handling the case that CApitec can see into which account the funds went into , another Capitec account , but that account has since taken all the funds out This smells of Internal ***** and I am so disgusted that Capitec cannot refund her funds which she desperately needs for rent and food through no fault of her own and I am positive that Capitec have insurance to cover ***** I have heard of so much ***** going on in Capitec bank and I urge people to think twice before opening an account with them.

It seems as if they cannot handle or control all this ***** and are therefore just refusing to compensate their clients
