***** at bank

I have a complain about capitec bank on June this year they deducted the amount of 2300 when I go for complain they said they will investigate and they said they will try to stop the thing that has deducted my money I continue using their account on July they deducted the same amount when I go there they said the y can't stop.it and I really need my money back even now I didn't get my money at capitec they said they can't reverse it so plz help me
