So according to NCA it Is ******* for refusal of closing prescribe debt,however this is not the case with the "best retail bank".I recently logged a dispute with Experian for removing two loan accounts which are prescribed,one was successfully removed and I am told the 2nd one can not be removed because I acholwledged debt on 15/06/2020 with DMC.I do not remember doing this and DMC removed to send me the recording of this call.I have no idea why the account was sold in the first place because it was prescribed.Can I get the recording of this Acknowledgement please? Account on bureau is listed as Capitec bank and I expect Capitec to resolve this issue with urgency.
