I received money from my Brother on November 2022 and my card was freeze because apparently Capitec was investigating the money that was sent into my account, they did not acknowledge me and I had to go and pay my younger siblings school fee but couldn't because they did not call Me and tell me that my card was placed on hold and i was so embarrassed that day. When they were done with the investigation they still did not tell me and I ended up not receiving the money because apparently the money was realized and used which I did not use it. Capitec Bank is *****ing us.
