I just discovered that someone is in a shopping spree in Brazil with my card. There were purchases made from itunes from Sao paolo and a purchase made of R700 and something. I went to the bank and this lady says its impossible that someone can buy from my account. It is me, how the hell, when i am standing in SA in one of your branches. answer me this; How can I purchase in Brazil when I went to my local branch? How did the person buy without an OTP? If it was sent, to which number, show me? how was the transaction approved? for her to say that I should know, makes me mad.
