Guys please beware of capitec bank. on the 26/07/2018 my uncles bank account cellphone banking was hacked and the person made a sim swap cleaned out my uncles account by buying electricity and transferring the money to his beneficiries. We went to the Kagiso Branch and we were told to open a case and we've been taken from pillar to post ever since and we suspect internal stuff members because they can see which account the money was transferred they can easily open a case of the owner of the account which received the money. Our money is not in good hands can their internal ***** dept look into this matter please especially the kagiso mall branch .
