Im writing this on behalf of my mother who is a pensioner and her Capitec Account is being debited with 99,99 by a Verigonitdafricamed and my mother has never agreed to anything that has to do with this Verigonitdafricamed,and this is the second time this is happening before it was some Rnm Hold naedo account and she went to capitec and it was reversed although she was charged for the reversal,these are ********** transactions that capitec seems to have a loop hole on,because it keeps happening and my mother is 70years old and cant keep travelling to capitec to have these reversals done I would rather she closes her capitec account.
