We had a ********** debit order come off our account from Legal Cover and went to report it at the bank and only to be told that it cannot be reversed? How is this possible when we know nothing about this and have not approved the debit order. We have never have even heard of this company? This is really very frustrating as your agent said that many people have reported this at your Lydenburg branch yet you refuse to assist us?
