Francois at Capitec Waverley
I would like to commend Francois at Capitec Bank in Waverley Plaza. I had reason to visit this particular branch twice last year and both time I was fortunate enough to have dealings with him. I am an elderly lady and found him to be patient, friendly and extremely helpful in all aspects of my dealings with him. If in future I have to go to a branch I will definitely make sure that I am helped by him.
