Fradulent online transaction Capitec

I have online payments on my account and no one from call centre can help me. I called the lady i spoke to was rude. Capitec is making money on us cause per transaction they reverse they get R80 i have more than 5 transactions that are fradulent no one in the call centre was willing to help stop using this bank is not safe. They cannot ensure us that our monies are safe who knows its them doing these transactions
