Fourwaymall capitec atms never worked on a monday morning

Every monday i want to deposit money all 4 of the atms not working. I report them to the brand and all they say they waiting for their technicians which is a lie of course as i sat and whached a spesific atm for 5 hours and guess what when G4 security were in there then it work again so the staff either ill informed or they are trained to lie to your faithfull customer. I should actually not be charged as i com 90 km every monday to do my banking here but there is no service. Of all the atms in the mall it is only capitec never working on a monday
