Forged voice recordings

I had a complaint regarding a debicheck of R89. 99 from Cwealth which I never authorise, then I asked for a mandate, after a month Capitec sends me **** recordings and claim they got them from this Cwealth company but didn't copy the person that sent the recordings, and it's clear there was a role play done to create the voice recordings because it's not my voice and Capitec said they were closing the matter without making sure that as a complainant I am satisfied with the outcome.
