Forex payments for business banking

This is the third time in the month I’m having to resort to this platform to get anything done with this bank. My father who has an old personal Mercantile account that is now a Capitec Business account wants to send money to his account in Portugal but there is no international payment option in the business banking app. I email a Kgotatso Thathane who is a ‘Forex business dealer’ at Capitec and he just forwards my email. This was last week and another business day has now passed with no correspondence. This is not acceptable.
