Forex payments
Hi
Does Capitec every reply to forex calls or email. I have been holding on the line for 4 hours yesterday and today I have been holding for 3 hours. On Saturday I was told that my form for forex declaration had no id number I went to the branch immediately to fill in the id number but till today the funds haven't been released. What annoys me the most is that I filled the form on the 7th of July, but I only got a response on the 29 July why did it take so long for the to realize that the form was incorrect. Am urgently waiting for my funds to reflect in my account and I need assistance.

Please can I have my hard-earned money deposited in my account so that I can close this stupid account. I need to pay my bills I need to eat like all of you in your stupid bank.
I need my money deposited in my account immediately . Imagine if ya all can get your salaries a week later will you survive with your families.
You are an inconsiderate bank, and your consultants are even worse they are not considerate and efficient.
See me no more in this stupid bank. How I trusted you with foreign transaction if you can't even spell names on a person correctly bits me.
I want my money i worked hard for it i earned it and it's not like am getting it for free you guys will also take bank charges.
You are the worst bank I have ever seen. Consultants don't even care but why would they care because they receive their money even if they are not efficient.
