Forex payment delay AGAIN

Second month in a row I am unable to get hold of the Forex department, Last month took a week worth of attempting contact. My standing instruction form was confirmed received and loaded. I have emailed and tried to call again this month and again, I am trying to find out my payment will be released! This is very ********* behaviour from a financial institution that i am supposed to trust with my monthly salary!
