Forex funds not yet release after 10 working days
I'm extremely upset about the fact that my money is not in my account yet. My international salary was paid into my account on the 10 June 2019 and till today I have not yet received my salary. This is way past the 3-7 working days. I have phoned forex 3 times already, they told me my boss should get a -Swift message mt 103- BUT he has paid twice before in the same account, so there's no need for the mt 103 swift message. Please assist.

10 Jul 2019, 21:56I want to thank Capitec for the fast assistance, check-ups and friendly service and I'd like to apologize and withdraw the bad review. The problem was fixed but it was not on Capitec's side. I'm actually really impressed with how professionally Capitec dealt with the problem and how fast they tried to assist me.
