Totally rediculous. Capitec bank forex won't accept a payment from France on my behalf for artwork that I sold to a collector. Nonetheless the funds have been sitting in their account for over 12 days. On repeatedly phoning them and after holding for 12min, the response is "we can't help you and the amount will be sent back to the collector." I asked to escalate the matter and was promised a call back. Yeah, still waiting for that call...

I'll take my money to another bank, thank you very much!
