Forex department non existent

I resort to this because I have exhausted all avenues from sitting on hold for an hour and sending multiple emails to Capitec’s forex department who must still be on Christmas holidays. I made an international payment to a relative overseas on 24/12/24 and received notification on 27/12/24. To date he still has not received the payment which is still sitting with Capitec. I now wish to recall/cancel payment and receive my money back but cannot get hold of anyone to help me.
