Forex department non-existent
Had an inquiry for their Forex department, was told to make use of (021) ********** by the customer care. After waiting about 20 minutes, still no attempt to answer my call was made.
Called customer care once more to inform them about this, was given another number: ***. Same story as the previous attempt.
Struggling to comprehend this level of service.
