Forex department missing. Send them search and rescue

Is your Forex department on strike? I have a payment that's now 3 days late clearing, the phones just ring and ring for hours, they never answer email.... your help channels just ring their hands and say 'phone', which is convenient when the phone is never answered. How the h*ll to I get ACTUAL HELP to find out what you people have done with my money? In 2021 this lack of accountability or convenient service channels is beyond ridiculous.
