forensic open one account instead of 2

i wrote a complain on my daughter account that was closed by capitec without consulting me her name is sbongakonke buhle nkosi id*** account is*** the forensic fone me yesterday and we discuss the matter they said they wil realise the account i went to capitec today only to find they only open one account which is my personal account *** the one for my daughter is still closed an it is the one i wrote the complain about because its have alot of money they tried to fone forensic but they said they will contact me as they used to say but at the end they dnt contact u please do the follow up tthey must realise both account not one <br> <br> thank u
