Forensic dept Capitec

I have unfortunately been succeed into a ********** **** and reported it to the bank and followed required steps in order to get the forensic team to work on the case. As for 1 month later I am still waiting for outcome of dispute. I will highly advise against the capability of said forensic team. Although they boast about their achievements on their site it seems to be all talk and empty words
