Foreign exchange Capitec

Since last friday the 21st of July I have been calling Capitec foreign exchange,waiting longer than an hour on more than 30 calls made to receive no consultants to help me with revieving my international payment ,it's frustrating and unacceptable as I use my hard earned cash on airtime to call ,I'm considering using other banks as Capitec is no help at all
