Forcing diabetics to work in office

So dissapointed in capitec bank, during this pandemic I have a partner who is insulin dependant and has uncontrolled diabetes, he has been working from home however due to system issues and connectivity issues he produces 80-90 percent of his duties, however they are forcing him back in office... His team leader even **** to the Dr saying in order to pay him he needs to go back and the Dr did not send clearance proof or anything but she forced him back in office... His sugar levels has rised due to all these stresses and we as a family are affected whilst the management are all working from home... I have taken this up with authorities after Dr confirmed due to his condition he doesn't advise working from office is best, I just want my partner to leave this company they are in fact not what they say.
