****** foolish inconsiderate company

I am so disgusted with the way we got treated by this people simply because we are black. To an extent that they even had the nerve to hang up the phone on us a couple of times. When we first submitted the claim they claimed that the BI document is not complete, not the next thing they say the hospital stamp is not visible. I went back to the hospital to get another stamp, now the are saying that they want to do thier own investigation because they suspect that I may be claiming that the person is dead while they are not. When you say that you will pay on the 7th which funeral are you planning to pay for. If that payment is not done today just know that we will bring the diseased to your branch and you people shall see what to do. If I was a white person I wouldn't be having such problems but simply because of the color of my skin i kill people.
