Flagged my account although I have submitted the things they need

Iam so shuttered by capitec business Flagged my account and told me I need to submit proof and tell them the nature of my business and I did exactly that submitted the chats between me and my clients as iam selling sneakers in bulk to resellers They closed it Sartuday and I submitted the chats on that same day Wrote them countless emails but still there is no response now the client that I was suppose to place an order for R6500 is complaining and thinks I have ****med them because I can't access that money in the account making it hard for me to order from my supplier for the client it's really frustrating Customer is now threatening to report me on SAPS Its going to cause even more problems for me No Service is very poor
