F#*king DISGRACE

Disgusted, disappointed and f@@@ ****ed off! While at home I received a notification for an online transaction for R4999 paid. I immediately drove to the branch to investigate this and to report it because I didn't make this payment and definitely did not authorise it. This was on the 08 April '24. The ***** department did not once contact me or gave any feedback after numerous requests. Then on the last conversation about 4 weeks ago, I was informed that this transaction was to he refunded. Today I contacted the bank again because the ***** department was incapable to do their job. (Their a f&*king disgrace.) Bow they tell me this transaction is not going to be refunded. This bank is the worst.
